I found those tiny snippets from what seems to be an hour long interview DFW made with ZDFMediaTek (not sure what it is). I am still gunning for the complete thing, but here are three short clips, each covering a single point.

The interview has been taped in 2003, seven years after the Charlie Rose interview. The difference in between both is somewhat frightening. His hair is short, he looks a lot more thoughtful and sad. The three clips are maybe ten minutes long overall and the subject of suicide is brought forward two or three times. In fact, there are many videos on YouTube where he discussed suicide extensively.
